Service Design Practice

Cartoon "We're still wondering why more customers are leaving than joining...."It’s all very well having some great Concepts and Methods to help us design our services, but ultimately it comes down to their practical application.

In this section of the site, we will look at the application of Systems Thinking to the design of services in different settings – both private and public sector, single and multi-agency, across different business sectors; at different patterns of delivery, including the use of outsourcing and shared services; and at the application of technology and the use of data within organisations.
